A refreshing no-bake lemonade pie made with condensed milk.

- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lemons for the best flavor.
- Chill the pie overnight for a firmer texture.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
