A refreshing no-bake lemonade pie made with condensed milk, perfect for warm weather.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
- 1/2 cup of whipped cream
- Extra lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Pour the lemon mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter pie, adjust the amount of lemon juice.
- This pie can be made a day in advance.
- Serve chilled for the best flavor.
