Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest

  • Extra lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the lemon mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
