A refreshing and tangy lemon sorbet that is perfect for cooling off on a hot day. This simple recipe requires just a few ingredients and is easy to make at home.

- 1 cup Fresh lemons
- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
- a pinch Salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved completely.
- Remove from heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature.
- Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt to the cooled syrup. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the sorbet to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Scoop and serve the lemon sorbet chilled.
