Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. Pour broth and lemon juice into the skillet. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Return shrimp to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat.
  6. Stir in parsley, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
