- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Brush the dough with olive oil, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Arrange the lemon slices evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Slice and serve immediately.
