Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Arrange the lemon slices evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
