- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub chicken fillets with olive oil.
- Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and black pepper evenly on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with lemon slices and butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust lemon pepper seasoning to taste.
- For crispier skin, broil for the last 2 minutes.
