Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 30g grated pecorino cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe pan over medium heat.
- Sear chicken for 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, and zest to the pan.
- Sprinkle pecorino cheese over the chicken.
- Transfer pan to the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor.
- Check chicken internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Pecorino can be substituted with parmesan if needed.
