  • 30g grated pecorino cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe pan over medium heat.
  4. Sear chicken for 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Add garlic, lemon juice, and zest to the pan.
  6. Sprinkle pecorino cheese over the chicken.
  7. Transfer pan to the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
