- 500 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium cucumber, diced
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- 100 g bulgur wheat (for tabbouleh)
- 200 ml water (for tabbouleh)
- Lettuce leaves for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare tabbouleh by soaking bulgur in boiling water for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix cooked bulgur with tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Cook marinated chicken in a skillet for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Assemble wraps by placing lettuce, tabbouleh, and chicken on tortillas.
- Fold tortillas tightly and slice before serving.
