- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, mix well, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, dill, mint, and cumin to make the dip.
- Serve grilled chicken skewers with yogurt dip.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken for up to 4 hours.
