- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with the mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While chicken bakes, cook wild rice in water or broth according to package instructions.
- Steam green beans for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Serve chicken with green beans and wild rice.
