- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Stir in cooked orzo, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Remove from heat and fold in crumbled feta and chopped parsley.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired and serve warm.
