Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Whisk sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour lemon mixture over the cooled crust.
- Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the lemon layer.
