Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt.
- Fold in flour until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes.
- Let cool completely before adding glaze.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest until smooth. Drizzle over cooled brownies.
