Instructions

- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Mix in lemon zest and lemon juice.
- Alternately add dry ingredients and milk, starting and ending with dry ingredients.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling each halfway.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
