- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the shredded rotisserie chicken to the skillet.
- Sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cook the chicken mixture for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or in the microwave.
