Ingredients
- Avocado – 1 ripe
- Banana – 1 ripe
- Sweet potato – 1 medium
- Broccoli – 1 cup
- Carrot – 1 medium
- Chicken – 100g
Instructions
- Prepare the avocado by cutting it into slices.
- Peel and slice the banana into thick pieces.
- Peel and steam the sweet potato until soft, then cut into strips.
- Steam the broccoli until tender.
- Peel and slice the carrot into sticks.
- Cook the chicken until fully cooked and cut into strips.
- Serve all foods at room temperature for your baby to self-feed.
