Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into thin wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
