  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Add lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.
