Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground lamb, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the lamb for 8-10 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and cooked through.
- While the lamb is cooking, prepare the veggies: chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and shred the lettuce.
- Once the lamb is cooked, assemble the bowls: start with a base of rice or quinoa.
- Top with the cooked lamb, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and shredded lettuce.
- Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.
