Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat beef ribs with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place ribs on a baking tray lined with foil. Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
- Adjust gochujang for spiciness.
- Serve with steamed rice.
