  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat beef ribs with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Place ribs on a baking tray lined with foil. Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
  5. Broil for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
