- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cups French fries, cooked
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over beef and stir until coated.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes until glaze thickens.
- Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot with French fries.
