- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon, minced ginger
- 2, sliced green onions
- 3 cups, cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon, for garnish sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat if necessary, then add the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the skillet.
- Stir to combine and let simmer for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice, and top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
