Ingredients

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang.
  2. Add beef slices to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Grill beef for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss with the beef and marinade.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh ramen noodles for better texture.
  • Adjust gochujang for desired spiciness.
