A flavorful and quick Korean-inspired dish combining grilled beef and ramen noodles.
Ingredients

- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang.
- Add beef slices to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Grill beef for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss with the beef and marinade.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh ramen noodles for better texture.
- Adjust gochujang for desired spiciness.
- Serve immediately for best results.
