- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain.
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, honey, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add the steak slices to the marinade and coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated steak for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
