- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Marinate the steak in soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic for 15 minutes.
- Mix gochujang, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the spicy cream sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat and cook the steak for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Assemble rice in bowls, top with steak, cucumber, carrot, and green onions.
- Drizzle with spicy cream sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more gochujang.
- Use leftover rice for convenience.
- Let the steak rest before slicing for juicier results.
