- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup Korean BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, black pepper, and green onions.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Brush the meatballs with Korean BBQ sauce.
- For the dip, mix mayonnaise, gochujang, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Serve meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Adjust gochujang for desired spiciness.
- Meatballs can be cooked in an air fryer at 375°F for 12 minutes.
