Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in green beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice.

- Slice beef thinly for faster cooking.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
