Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in green beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot over rice.
