A classic Key Lime Pie with a creamy filling and a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup Granulated sugar
- ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup Key lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Lime zest
- for serving Whipped cream
- for garnish Lime slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, until golden. Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream and lime slices as garnish.
Notes
- For a more intense lime flavor, use fresh key limes if available.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
