Ingredients
- Chicken breast – 1 lb
- Broccoli – 2 cups
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Cheddar cheese – 1 cup
- Almonds – 1/2 cup
- Spinach – 2 cups
- Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- Add broccoli, spinach, and heavy cream to the dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with almonds on the side.
