A low-carb, high-protein breakfast featuring crispy cream cheese waffles topped with fried eggs and fresh spinach.

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup fresh spinach
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- Blend cream cheese, 2 eggs, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into the waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden. Repeat for the second waffle.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Fry the remaining 2 eggs to your preference.
- Toss spinach in the same pan for 1 minute until slightly wilted.
- Serve waffles topped with fried eggs and spinach.

- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Add shredded cheese to the batter for extra flavor.
