- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (for icing)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and sweetener. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on parchment paper into a rectangle.
- Spread cream cheese and sprinkle cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut it into pieces.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix powdered erythritol with vanilla and water for icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
