- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Pour balsamic vinegar over the chicken and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
