Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in butter until soft.

- Mix the spinach with cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the mashed potatoes with the egg and flour to form a dough.
- Divide the dough into portions and flatten each into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the potato pockets until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm.
