Ingredients

- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the kale leaves thoroughly and dry them completely using a salad spinner or a clean kitchen towel.
- Remove the thick stems from the kale and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the kale chips for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are crispy and slightly browned.
- Remove the kale chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
