  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 small onion, quartered
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil all over the chicken.
  4. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme, then season the chicken inside and out.
