Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Add peppers and onions to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until softened.
- Return steak to the skillet. Add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Serve steak fajita mixture with tortillas, lime wedges, and cilantro.
Notes
- Slice steak thinly against the grain for tenderness.
- Use any color bell peppers for variety.
- For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
