- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and add thyme, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Pour the garlic sauce over the rested steaks and serve immediately.
