Ingredients

- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat chicken thighs evenly with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped cilantro to the marinade.
- Can also be cooked in a skillet if grilling is not an option.
