Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice.
- Toss the chicken cubes in the mixture until fully coated.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with extra parmesan if desired.
