- 2 chicken , diced
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken and prawns to the marinade, coating them well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add prawns and cook for another 3-4 minutes until prawns turn pink.
- Serve hot with rice or salad.

- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
- Adjust honey and mustard to taste.
- Use fresh prawns for best results.
