- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 ball burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear chicken for 3 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and add cherry tomatoes and minced garlic.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and top with burrata.
