Instructions
- Mix ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Toast the burger buns lightly.
- Assemble burgers with patties and avocado slices.
- Serve immediately.
