- 500g beef strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt to taste
- 4 large flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 sliced tomato
- 1 sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Mix beef strips with olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and salt. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the beef for 5-7 minutes until browned and tender.
- Warm the flatbreads in a dry pan for 30 seconds on each side.
- Spread tahini sauce on each flatbread.
- Add cooked beef, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
- Roll the flatbread tightly and serve immediately.
