Make tender and juicy ribs in your air fryer with minimal effort.
Ingredients

- 1 rack of baby back ribs (about 2 lbs)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Rub the ribs with olive oil.
- Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the ribs evenly with the spice mix.
- Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, meat side down.
- Cook for 25 minutes.
- Flip the ribs and brush with barbecue sauce.
- Cook for another 10 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on rib thickness.
- Use tongs to flip ribs carefully.
- Check for doneness with a meat thermometer (145°F minimum).
