Description

Make tender and juicy ribs in your air fryer with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 1 rack of baby back ribs (about 2 lbs)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Rub the ribs with olive oil.
  4. Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Coat the ribs evenly with the spice mix.
  6. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, meat side down.
  7. Cook for 25 minutes.
  8. Flip the ribs and brush with barbecue sauce.
  9. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  10. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time based on rib thickness.
  • Use tongs to flip ribs carefully.
  • Check for doneness with a meat thermometer (145°F minimum).
