Ingredients

- 200g of fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 200g of squid, cleaned and sliced
- 200g of scallops
- 1 cup of dashi broth
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of mirin
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1/2 cup of shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup of green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp, squid, and scallops, cooking until they are opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the shiitake mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the dashi broth, soy sauce, and mirin. Bring to a simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the green onions and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
