Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the shrimp, squid, and scallops, cooking until they are opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the shiitake mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the dashi broth, soy sauce, and mirin. Bring to a simmer.
