Delicious, cheesy jalapeño poppers that are crispy on the outside and packed with flavor on the inside.

- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, bacon bits, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Top each stuffed jalapeño with the bread crumb mixture.
- Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
