- 24 lollipop sticks

Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip one end of a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into an Oreo.
- Repeat for all Oreos and let them set for 10 minutes.
- Melt the black candy melts in a separate bowl.
- Dip each Oreo into the black candy melts, coating completely.
- Place on wax paper to dry.
- Once dry, use the edible marker to draw Jack Skellington’s face on each Oreo.
- Let them set completely before serving.
