Ingredients

- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil

- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk olive oil and red wine vinegar until combined.
- Add minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in Dijon mustard and honey until smooth.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until fully incorporated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Pour over cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
