- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add marinara sauce, onion, garlic, and bell pepper on top.
- Sprinkle oregano, basil, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot with pasta or rice.
