  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness (about 1/2 inch).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  3. Beat eggs in another shallow bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken piece in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

  6. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
